Pickle Shack is a young and ambitious creative food company, revolutionising catering in the South West. We are thoroughly dedicated to our Produce Promise, sourcing at least 80% of our ingredients for each bespoke menu from within a ten-mile radius of our preparation kitchen or Wedding venue, which ever allows for fewer food miles.
Meat, fish, vegetables, fruits and amazing wild ingredients foraged from our hedgerows and fields make up the diverse and abundant producers of the South West Region. Any goods that can’t be found from our friends in the South West will be sourced ethically and responsibly. Meanwhile our chefs spend their "Creative Days" experimenting with new techniques and flavour combinations to find local alternatives for ingredients that we traditionally must import, such as chocolate, coffee, spices and the odd lemon.
Bespoke is our mantra! A Pickle Shack dish is always an original, to be devoured and enjoyed but never caught in the same dressing twice. With exceptional local produce at our door step, we inspire and excite couples across the region with menus which are truly unique to their own wedding day.
Our charming front of house team, a rare and remarkable breed, are selected and trained to possess a true passion for produce. They bond with wedding guests right from the canapé reception though to the evening food, to deliver flawless service and share foodie knowledge.
