What is the BrideMagazine Supplier Directory?

We created our directory to cater to the growing demands of engaged couples on our site and beyond. The BrideMagazine directory allows engaged couples to find suppliers like you by name, keyword or category, wherever they are. We’re proud to say it’s already one of the most comprehensive Wedding Directories around, and it’s being used by an active network of brides-and-grooms-to-be who trust us.

What listing options are available in the directory?

We offer 4 options to cater to all types of businesses. The first option is the Basic listing, which offers the most basic listing type, or you can choose from one of our premium package options. Option 1 ‘Enhanced listing’, Option 2 ‘Business Profile’, Option 3 ‘Category Sponsorship’.

What do I get for a Basic Listing?

With a Basic Listing you can manage your own profile. A basic listing will show your business name, address, phone number and directions. By registering for a basic listing, you can also start managing your customers’ ratings and reviews.

What do I get for the ‘Enhanced Listing’ package?

This listing type will always appear above all Basic listings. Enhanced listings get a logo and a short description to help your business stand out from basic listings as well as increased contact options, such as a direct link to your website.

What do I get for the ‘Business Profile’ package?

This listing type will always appear above all Basic and Enhanced Listing types. Business Profiles get more prominent listings, their own page on our directory that includes 5 images, videos, brochures, offers a custom web address and more. On top of that, you'll be able to promote your business across categories and counties on our directory*.

What do I get for the ‘Category Sponsorship’ package?

This listing type has priority over and will always appear above all Basic, Enhanced and Business Profile listings. This option give your business maximum exposure on our directory with a guaranteed top 3 position for every single search in your county and category, and we support your listing with a 'Top Supplier'.

How can I get listed in the BrideMagazine Supplier Directory?

What is the Directory Self Service system?

Our self service system allows you to create, upgrade, edit and manage your listing(s) yourself. Simply sign-up or login to your account here

How can I renew, upgrade or edit a directory listing?

You can update your own details using our directory self service system here, call us on 020 7605 2273, or use our contact form here

Can I upgrade during the 12 months listing period?

Yes, we’ll upgrade you and your listing will automatically restart for an extra 12 months from the moment you upgrade your listing. You will not qualify for a refund for the remaining time. To upgrade now, you can call us on 020 7605 2273

How do I pay for a listing in the directory?

Our self service system here uses WorldPay, which requires a credit or debit card payment. We are happy to accommodate any other forms of payment if you contact our sales team on 020 7605 2273

Can I have my listing shown in another category?

Yes, this option is only available to Business Profile or Category Sponsorship listings. You listing to another category you must have access to the self-service system. Alternatively you could call our sales team on 020 7605 2273 or use our contact form here.

Can I get my listing to show anywhere in my county?

Yes, when joining our directory you will be assigned a ‘home county’ which would be the county where the business is located, a ‘promotional county’ however is a neighbouring county where your business would also trade. ‘Promotional counties’ can only be added to a Business Profile or Category Sponsorship listing and will enable the listing to always appear in the search results when a search is performed within the promotional county of that business.

Can I be listed in another county?

You must hold a Business Profile or Category Sponsorship listing to activate this service. To add a promotional county you must have access to the self-service system. Alternatively you could call our sales team on 020 7605 2273 or use our contact form here.

Can I have more than one listing in the Wedding Supplier Directory?

You can add multiple businesses to the Wedding Supplier Directory. Simply login to the self service system to create, update and manage your listing(s). Alternatively you could call our sales team on 020 7605 2273 or use our contact form here.

What if I want to cancel my listing?

If you have a free listing, you can request for it to be removed by calling 020 7605 2273, email us at info@weddingsite.co.uk. If you have taken out a paid for listing, you are still able to remove your listing, but you will not be entitled to a refund.
